Boerue was founded by a 30-something-year-old stay-at-home mom with an 8-year-old boy and a 6-year-old girl.
The founder found her passion by starting a blog in August 2008. To be honest, she initially thought that a blog was dumb. She thought they were all personal diaries out in cyberspace for strangers to read, and she had more than enough problems of her own to worry about. One day, she began frequenting websites that she soon found out were actually blogs. So, one night, out of the blue, she created a blogger blog and set forth. She named her first blog “SuperMom Savers” (her husband’s idea) because she wanted to share deals, coupons, and ways to make and save money. She was so active in blogging and then after her second child started to become mobile, she started slipping. She still does all those things, but she is just getting back into the game.
Today, Boerue has evolved through helping others make educated purchases at reasonable prices. The site now has over 20 members who really love product reviews, not just because they usually get to keep whatever they review, but because there are so many great products out there that are unknown. We also love to host giveaways because who doesn’t love to win something?
So here is our site, primarily posting about gifts for children, toys, and DIY crafts.
